Transcription

If you have a video or audio clip and need a written version of what's being said, why not have Lioness transcribe it (English and French only) and send you the text as a Word document? If required, text transcribed in French can then be translated into English for you.

Subtitling

After transcription (or not necessarily!) you may need your French/English text "cut up" into subtitles to match the images shown in a video. Lioness has experience in this and can provide sensibly-cut subtitles of appropriate length (and translate them, if the subtitles are in French).

Interpreting

For anyone local to the Sedbergh/Kendal/Lancaster/South Lakes area of the UK who needs a hand communicating between English and French, feel free to get in touch and Lioness can come to bridge the language gap. Your Lioness interpreter holds a valid DBS certificate, together with previous professional interpreting experience. She has spent a number of years living in France, conversing more in French than in English! You would be dealing with a fluent, confident French speaker whose services don’t cost the earth.
